All of our classes are designed for adults and taught in a friendly, supportive environment. Whether you’re brand new, returning after a break, or looking for a regular movement practice — there’s something here for you.

Tap Dance

Beginners Tap

When: Mondays – 7:00pm
Level: Beginners / Returners

Description:
Beginners Tap is the perfect place to start if you’ve never tapped before or are coming back after time away. We focus on building rhythm, coordination and confidence through clear explanations and achievable combinations.

Classes are upbeat, friendly and fun — you’ll learn proper technique without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

 

Intermediate Tap

When: Mondays – 6:15pm
Level: Intermediate

Description:
Intermediate Tap is for dancers with previous tap experience who want to develop speed, clarity and musicality. Classes explore more detailed footwork, rhythm variations and longer combinations while still keeping a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

You’ll be challenged — but always encouraged.

Dance & Stretch

When: Tuesdays – 6:00pm
Level: Open level

Description:
Dance & Stretch is a feel-good movement class combining a full-body warm-up, gentle stretching and expressive choreography.

Unlike fast-paced fitness classes, we spend time learning one piece of choreography, broken down step by step, so you can enjoy the movement rather than trying to keep up.
No squats. No lunges. Just dance.

Perfect if you want to move, stretch and unwind while still feeling creative.

Ballet

When: Wednesdays – 6:15pm
Level: Open level

Description:
Our adult ballet class blends classical technique with a modern, relaxed approach. Expect gentle barre work, flowing movement and a focus on posture, strength and control.

No experience is required — this class is about moving with intention, building strength gradually and enjoying the beauty of ballet without pressure or expectation.

Dance To Fit

When: Thursdays – 6:00pm

Description:

Dance to Fit offers a more energetic, follow-along dance workout. But never fear! We do quick break downs first!

Expect continuous movement, uplifting music and a stronger fitness focus — while still staying true to Dancetique’s supportive, dance-led values.
Get in your dance cardio and then work on your strength while we dance with dumbbells!

 

Pricing & Booking


Classes are available as pay-as-you-go or through discounted class passes. Tap is a membership class and is paid monthly. 
Spaces are limited to keep classes comfortable and personal.
